Description

You will own the planning and execution of software releases across environments, working closely with Engineering, DC Operations, and SRE teams to ensure safe, low-risk deployments. You'll improve release processes and tooling to increase reliability and reduce deployment issues, balancing speed of delivery with production stability.

Requirements

• 1-5 years experience in Release Operations and CI/CD deployments
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Grafana, Prometheus
• Proficiency in config management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting (Nagios, ELK, PagerDuty)

Responsibilities

• Manage application deployments and ensure consistency across environments
• Monitor application health and performance post-release and troubleshoot incidents
• Act as liaison between Release Manager, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders
• Create and maintain deployment procedures and documentation
• Set up Linux servers, application installation, server rebuilds, cluster management
