💼 About This Role
You'll drive AI adoption and value delivery for enterprise customers, owning renewals and expansion within a book of named accounts. You'll partner with customers to build AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems and help shape our product. As an early member of the Enterprise team, you'll help define and scale our Customer Success motion.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive AI adoption and renewals for a book of named accounts
- Lead AI workshops to build and deploy customer workflows
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within accounts
- Partner with AEs on growth strategy while owning activation
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience driving end-to-end customer journey from adoption to renewal
- Ability to build AI workflows and articulate value to senior audiences
- Native level Japanese and business level English

- Power user of Notion
- Experience with technical product and multiple commercial models (seats, usage)
- First or early hire at a fast growing startup
