💼 About This Role

You'll drive AI adoption and value delivery for enterprise customers, owning renewals and expansion within a book of named accounts. You'll partner with customers to build AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems and help shape our product. As an early member of the Enterprise team, you'll help define and scale our Customer Success motion.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive AI adoption and renewals for a book of named accounts
  • Lead AI workshops to build and deploy customer workflows
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Partner with AEs on growth strategy while owning activation

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience driving end-to-end customer journey from adoption to renewal
  • Ability to build AI workflows and articulate value to senior audiences
  • Native level Japanese and business level English

  • Experience with technical product and multiple commercial models (seats, usage)
