You'll ensure seamless collaboration across Operations, Product, Salesforce, and Development teams to drive successful client implementations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead change management for integration client updates and upgrades.
• Oversee task creation and operational setup for new provider onboarding.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for aggregator partners and custom configurations.
• Perform business-side testing for Salesforce releases and workflow changes.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, client integrations, project management, or change management.
• Strong understanding of onboarding workflows and integration processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce functionality including testing and validation.
• Ability to write clear and structured technical requirements.

• Healthcare experience is a plus.
