🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure
• Manage and optimize AWS-based environments including EKS/Kubernetes
• Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines and observability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles
• 5+ years managing engineering or cloud infrastructure teams
• Deep expertise within the AWS ecosystem including EKS/Kubernetes
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and modern DevOps workflows

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN, edge services)
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures
