You'll support the legal team in maintaining data protection standards for a global education technology leader. You will assist with privacy impact assessments, regulatory monitoring, and vendor reviews. This role offers exposure to FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR while working cross-functionally with product and security teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with privacy impact assessments and data mapping initiatives
• Monitor and track privacy-related regulatory developments
• Administer privacy management platforms and track review queues
• Support data subject rights requests and privacy incident response

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related field
• Basic understanding of privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, FERPA, COPPA, GDPR)
• Experience with project management and process improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• IAPP certification (CIPP/US, CIPM, or equivalent)
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management platforms
• Experience in a software or information technology organization
