💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary overnight point of contact for guests and residents at a Placemakr property. You'll ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain a safe environment during overnight hours. This role offers generous bonuses and stock options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to guest communications via text, email, and HubSpot.
• Audit guest check-ins and check-outs for accuracy.
• Complete nightly queue tasks and shift handovers.
• Handle maintenance, housekeeping, and emergency issues.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Overnight shift experience with independent judgment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn POS, CRM, or customer communication systems.

• Experience with hotel night audit systems.
• Experience with maintenance or housekeeping tasks.
