💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution of enterprise deployment and activation systems at 1Password, a fast-growing cybersecurity company trusted by over 180,000 businesses. You'll own the platform architecture that enables secure identity-led onboarding and SCIM/SSO deployments at scale. This role sits at the intersection of Identity, Platform, Security, and Enterprise Deployment, directly influencing retention and expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define platform architecture for scalable enterprise onboarding and provisioning
• Lead identity-led activation flows including IdP and directory connection setup
• Build dashboards tracking identity health and deployment maturity
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, security, and customer success

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with increasing scope and leadership
• 3+ years leading PM teams in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Deep experience with identity, authentication, or directory-integrated systems
• Experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM provisioning

• Experience with LLMs or generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Familiarity with Zero Trust or security platforms
• Experience defining Agentic Workflows or AI copilots
