💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical blog and engineering narrative at a voice AI startup with $61M Series A funding. Your writing will help builders understand why real-time AI agents matter for enterprise customer experience. This is a founding role where you'll shape the external engineering voice from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview engineers and write 2 flagship technical posts per month
• Produce 2 shorter tactical pieces per month
• Source material and editorial for major product launches
• Establish a technical publishing rhythm that engineering is proud of

📋 Requirements

• Experience interviewing technical people and turning their words into compelling writing
• Understanding of agents, LLMs, and production systems to ask deep questions
• Ability to translate across senior engineers, not down
• Proven track record of shipping on cadence without sacrificing craft

• Background in Technical PMM, DevRel, or engineering-turned-writer
• Familiarity with Anthropic's engineering blog or Ramp's Builders blog
• Published byline in tech publications or substack
