💼 About This Role

You'll assist in enhancing employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness. You'll run end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding, and leverage AI to automate People processes. This internship offers high ownership in a high-impact environment backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Own and maintain process documentation.
• Leverage AI and automation to elevate People processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare employment contracts.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and employee experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
