You'll drive enterprise sales for Varicent's Sales Performance Management platform, collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Your core impact is exceeding revenue quotas by executing strategic sales plans and managing contract negotiations. This role stands out with access to a global client base like T-Mobile and ServiceNow.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a high-impact prospecting strategy
  • Identify ideal customers across your region

  • Lead successful sales campaigns understanding customer needs
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiations with leadership

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with quota-carrying success
  • Proven track record selling to C-suite leaders in SaaS environments
  • Confidence managing high-volume pipelines in fast-changing conditions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
