🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and develop team members for property operations.
• Manage financial performance including budgets and revenue targets.
• Conduct quarterly apartment inspections and property walks.
• Plan and execute the annual turnover process.
• Handle escalated resident concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing living communities
• Experience leading a team of 3+ direct reports
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
