💼 About This Role

You'll drive audience acquisition for GLG's events portfolio, executing targeted email campaigns and client outreach. Your core impact is converting prospects into engaged attendees through data-driven campaign optimization and close collaboration with event teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily direct email outreach to clients to drive event attendance
• Partner with programmers to build target audience lists and maximize RSVP conversion
• Support email marketing campaign execution including segmentation and deployment
• Write and edit promotional copy for event invitations and landing pages

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management
• Experience executing email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation and A/B testing
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; Marketo strongly preferred

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with strong prioritization
• Strong copywriting and editing skills for promotional materials
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools
