🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, coach, and develop Deal Desk Analysts.
• Partner with EMEA GTM leadership on strategic deals.
• Lead complex deal structuring and approval workflows.
• Champion AI-native deal workflows and automation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Deal Desk or Order Management.
• 2+ years in a people leadership role.
• Advanced expertise in complex deal structuring (ramps, co-terms, multi-year).
• Deep fluency in revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, TCV).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in privacy, trust, GRC, or compliance SaaS.
• Hands-on AI prompt engineering or building AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with CLM solutions (e.g., Ironclad).
