Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets. Manage car movement, oversee repairs, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience using computers
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars safely in Inspection Center
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities and develop team
• Review and approve vehicle defects and repairs
• Train team on quality control standards
