Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems and algorithms for Clear Street's electronic trading platform. This role involves building scalable, low-latency systems and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver features that enhance order routing and execution across asset classes.

Requirements

• 10+ years developing high-performance algorithmic financial applications
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or STEM
• Strong Java and Python skills in Linux environment
• Experience with FIX and binary protocols
• Experience with low-latency, multi-threaded, distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain core system components and support tools
• Design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements
• Build highly available, horizontally scalable applications
• Tackle engineering challenges and collaborate with stakeholders
• Develop deep understanding of the business domain
