💼 About This Role

You'll build the operational foundation for Maze, an AI-powered cybersecurity company, owning everything from financial reporting to people ops. You'll set the company's rhythm through board packs and all-hands, and drive AI tooling for operational leverage. This role offers a chance to design an AI-native operations function from scratch with high agency and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the systems and processes that keep Maze running and scaling
• Set cadences: board packs, all-hands, exec meeting prep, offsite planning
• Experiment with AI tooling to automate and accelerate operations
• Build processes, registers, and dashboards that codify operations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years spanning professional services/consulting and startup experience
• Proven track record of hitting deadlines and maintaining high quality
• Financial literacy to read and contribute to a financial model
• High agency: identify what needs to exist and build it without being told

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity, technical B2B SaaS, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with tools: Linear, HubSpot, Deel, Vanta, DocuSign, Google Sheets
