You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board, shaping legal strategy across complex corporate initiatives and high-stakes transactions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead corporate governance, Board support, and compliance with corporate laws.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 12+ years of legal experience combining law firm and in-house roles.
• Deep knowledge of corporate governance, securities law, and M&A.
• Experience advising publicly traded companies on governance and SEC matters.
