• Oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects from start to finish
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners and public agencies

📋 Requirements

• Heavy civil construction methods and logistics knowledge
• Public contracts experience (3 years)
• Scheduling software proficiency (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Cost control systems and construction management software

• Experience with InEight PM software
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects
