💼 About This Role

You'll manage Hive's risk management program and lead external audits for ISO 27001 and SOC 1/2. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance security compliance capabilities and drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Hive's current risk management program
• Manage external and internal audits for regulatory compliance
• Implement ISMS with executive and mid-level management
• Work with Engineering on change and access management controls

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in risk-based assessment for information systems
• 1+ years running a comprehensive Governance, Risk and Compliance program
• 2+ years leading ISO 27001 or SOC 1/2 audits
• Knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and GDPR privacy laws
