You'll act as the bridge between archive footage content partners, customers, and sales representatives, supporting customers with clearances, delivery, and licensing. You'll join an experienced team of archive footage experts and drive revenue while growing the business. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage assigned account base in German broadcast and production market.
• Develop expertise in clearance and delivery processes for content partners.
• Conduct sales discovery and collaborate with sales representatives.
• Liaise with content partner teams for research and delivery requests.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or archive footage.
• Fluent in German with ability to communicate confidently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.
• High attention to detail and accountability for accurate results.
