Description

You will drive revenue growth by managing strategic partnerships and direct sales in Japan. You'll build relationships with key decision makers, develop partner enablement programs, and co-sell with partners to expand Staffbase's client base in the APAC region.

Requirements

  • Min. 7+ years experience in Partnerships/SaaS sales in Japan
  • Experience with partner management or channel sales
  • Experience in a startup/scale-up environment preferred
  • Emotional intelligence and active listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with technology partners, resellers, and consultants
  • Develop and execute partner enablement programs
  • Co-sell with partners to potential clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their challenges
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners
