💼 About This Role

You'll lead small crews installing low voltage cabling in large distribution centers across the country. Your core impact is keeping projects on track while operating 40ft lifts and ensuring top-quality terminations. This role offers steady overtime and the chance to work on massive national builds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, terminate, and test Cat6 and fiber cabling.
• Perform paging, wireless/AP, CCTV, and access control cabling.
• Lead and support small crews of 2-4 technicians.
• Build and dress MDFs, IDFs, racks, patch panels, and cable management.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience.
• Strong Cat6 and fiber termination and testing skills.
• Ability to read prints and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work 50-60 hour weeks.

• Experience with paging, wireless/AP, CCTV, and access control cabling.
• Comfortable operating boom and scissor lifts (40+ ft).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
