Description

You will own and scale a Cloud Development Environment (CDE) platform for deep learning, and lead the shift toward agentic ML workflows—architecting AI agents that automate debugging, optimize resource usage, and accelerate model training. This role combines platform engineering with building LLM-powered agents to supercharge ML engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Expert-level Python or Go.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and AWS (or similar).
• Ability to translate complex infrastructure challenges into clear technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering to scale and evolve the Cloud Development Environment (CDE) platform for large-scale ML experimentation.
• Design and implement LLM-powered agents for automated code suggestions, log analysis, and debugging of distributed training.
• Integrate AI agents with Kubernetes, Ray, and AWS infrastructure.
• Partner with ML engineers to identify productivity bottlenecks and build agentic solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence the long-term technical roadmap for Agentic AI.
