• Lead safety culture across 7 fulfillment centers
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity
• Champion customer journey within the fulfillment network
• Plan and execute seasonal peak operations

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years of progressive leadership in fulfillment or logistics
• Experience building Safety First environments
• Multi-site strategic planning capability
• Expert-level operational project management
