Description

You will architect the global total rewards strategy for SeatGeek, including compensation, benefits, equity, and HR operations. You'll partner with executives and the board to design innovative equity programs and ensure the team feels valued and motivated.

Requirements

  • 14+ years in Total Rewards or Management Consulting
  • 5+ years leading teams in high-growth tech environment
  • Deep understanding of equity mechanics (RSUs, Options)
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Agile leader comfortable in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve multi-year global rewards philosophy
  • Advise CEO, CFO, and CHRO; lead Compensation Committee meetings
  • Build financial models for merit cycles, promotions, and equity burn rates
  • Modernize HR operations using AI and automation
  • Manage and mentor a team of compensation, benefits, and ops professionals
