You'll drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle with financial institutions in the APAC region. You'll be instrumental in executing the go-to-market strategy, from outbound prospecting to deal closure. This role offers the chance to lay the foundation for a scalable sales organization in a fast-growing blockchain security company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full sales cycle with financial institutions
- Lead discovery conversations with C-suite executives
- Apply consultative solution-selling to complex challenges
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years enterprise or institutional sales experience
- Deep understanding of Web3, digital assets, and tokenization
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite gravitas
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin

- Existing network in TradFi asset managers and hedge funds
- Experience with AI-powered sales tooling
- Technical familiarity with smart contract development in Solidity
