Description

You will drive organic client growth by coordinating global client programs, including the annual Vantage satisfaction survey, and support the Top 50 Global Client Leader program. You'll connect cross-functional teams, analyze insights, and foster collaboration to enhance client experience across the network.

Requirements

  • Experience in client service, account management, business operations, or project management in communications/marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear updates and recommendations
  • Comfortable working across global teams in a fast-paced matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Burson's annual client satisfaction survey (Vantage) from launch to reporting and actionable follow-up
  • Partner with global and regional teams to analyze insights and improve client experience standards
  • Support the Top 50 Global Client Leader programme, driving engagement and consistency
  • Synthesize updates from senior stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and connecting teams
  • Coordinate internal initiatives and key moments (e.g., Davos, Cannes), working with Marketing and leadership
