💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at home or in the learning center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in the Central Reach data system. This role includes two weeks of paid training to prepare for the RBT exam.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain positive family relationships with professional boundaries.

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, or run.

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
