Description

As a Client Value Partner, you will lead strategic customers in the Pharma/Chemicals industry through data-driven business transformation using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform. You'll engage with C-level executives, drive measurable business impact, and ensure customer success and adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in customer success or strategy consulting within Pharma/Chemicals
• Experience driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
• Deep exposure to successful change management practices
• Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data and facts

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level internal/external executives
• Staff engagements leveraging global cross-functional teams
• Mentor customer on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence
• Drive the end-to-end customer value journey and value realization
• Organize customer advisory boards and act as voice of the customer
