💼 About This Role

You'll deliver premium mobile grooming services to pups in the Fairfax, VA area. You'll manage a schedule of 3-6 dogs per day with full support from sales, marketing, and fleet teams. You'll enjoy a groomer-first culture that prioritizes quality over quantity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform all grooming tasks: bathing, cutting, shaving, trimming.
• Walk dogs before appointments and maintain a clean van.
• Operate independently within Hanvey grooming vans.
• Prioritize safety and quality with a manageable daily schedule.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional grooming experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Ability to lift dogs up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Experience with mobile grooming vans
• Certification from International Professional Groomer (IPG)
