💼 About This Role

You'll perform technical duties in payment and item processing, ensuring compliance and fraud prevention. You'll manage daily operations and resolve member issues. This role offers growth in a top-rated credit union.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process exceptions and create return files to the Federal Reserve Bank
• Balance general ledgers and perform reconciliations
• Monitor and resolve ATM out-of-balance situations
• Support and answer the Electronic Services phone queue

📋 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Federal Reserve Bank processing
• Intermediate processing experience in checks or ACH or similar
• Knowledge of Regulation CC and Regulation E
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fraud detection in multiple payment channels
• Project support and implementation experience
• Cross-training in all Electronic Services areas
