You'll build and scale partnerships with pharmaceutical companies for a healthtech fintech startup backed by top VCs. You'll drive experiments to meet partner metrics and shape the pharma channel strategy. This role offers high ownership in a rapidly growing, category-defining company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and cold outreach to pharmaceutical companies.
- Build experiments to deliver on partnership metrics and ROI.
- Determine pharma channel strategy through research and surveys.
- Develop customer communication strategy for pharma-integrated products.
๐ Requirements
- 5โ8 years experience in strategic partnerships or pharma sales.
- Direct experience in pharmaceutical partnerships or market access.
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience.
- Background in B2B marketing or sales in regulated pharma industry.
