You'll build and own Tremendous' partner-led growth motion, from early experimentation to repeatable programs. You'll develop deep relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients to drive pipeline and revenue. Your impact will be clear and measurable, shaping the partnerships function from scratch.

  • Build and own partner-led growth motion from experiment to repeatable program
  • Develop relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients for pipeline
  • Establish positioning, enablement, and GTM alignment for partners
  • Serve as connective tissue between partners and internal teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling partnerships or revenue-adjacent initiatives
  • Comfort owning outcomes like pipeline or revenue
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally without formal authority
