You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact will be using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. You'll also assist with daily operations and planogram changes.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
