💼 About This Role

You'll prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and monthly portfolio metrics for a community-focused real estate owner. Your work will directly support senior leadership and investor relations. This role offers exposure to public fund reporting and technical accounting research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and supporting schedules.
• Analyze monthly portfolio metrics for real estate assets.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy of earnings materials.
• Assist in technical accounting research and audit support.

📋 Requirements

• College degree in accounting (BA/BS).
• 3+ years of financial reporting or accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge and application.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA certification.
• Advanced degree (MAcc or similar).
