💼 About This Role

You'll support a large Federal agency's customer service initiative by handling calls and emails. You'll use a knowledge base and SOPs to resolve inquiries and document communications. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to government innovation with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reply to calls and emails from the public.
• Use a knowledge base and SOPs to answer customer requests.
• Document communications in the database.

📋 Requirements

• Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish.
• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.
• Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
