You'll lead the state project portfolio for Altarum's Public Health Technology division, owning delivery, operations, and client relationships. You'll manage a cross-functional team and drive organic growth through exceptional delivery and strategic account planning. This hands-on leadership role offers real ownership of a growing portfolio and direct impact on public health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own contribution margin performance across the state project portfolio
• Serve as senior client relationship owner for state accounts
• Manage and develop a cross-functional delivery team
• Standardize delivery processes, reporting, and agile practices

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in consulting/professional services with leadership roles
• P&L ownership including contribution margin and utilization management
• Deep familiarity with public health technology or related domain
• Proven track record of client relationship management in government contexts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with public health data systems like disease surveillance or vital records
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, TEFCA, USCDI)
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
