💼 About This Role

You'll lead growth experiments and build scalable programs for a unified payments platform. You'll own a portfolio of high-upside experiments, especially around Rewards and Campaigns, partnering with senior leaders across Growth, Product, and Data Science. This role is based in San Francisco or Singapore.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design the Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns experiments.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities with the strategy team.
• Build the growth testing system with frameworks and cadences.
• Partner with Creative Lead to test and ship growth assets.
• Deliver cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Growth with 3+ years managing a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end growth experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with experimentation frameworks.

• Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus.
