💼 About This Role
You'll drive commercial growth for a retail media platform targeting retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps in LATAM. You'll own the full sales cycle and build senior-level relationships. This role offers direct collaboration with co-founders in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas across assigned regions
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to contract
- Build pipeline through outbound, events, and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams on deal execution
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from top university (STEM preferred)
- Strong communication and structured thinking skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations

- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
