💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an HR Business Partner at Picnic's semi-automated Fulfillment Center in Dordrecht, supporting 500 daily colleagues. You'll drive employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR projects while coaching team leaders. This role offers autonomy to initiate improvements and collaboration with a young, ambitious HR team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and advise team leaders on employee relations and compliance.
• Manage HR admin team and ensure accurate payroll and HRIS data.
• Drive HR projects like review cycles and leadership onboarding.
• Handle complex cases including long-term absence and zero-tolerance issues.

📋 Requirements

• HBO or master's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar HRBP role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

• Experience with Workday HRIS.
• Background in fulfillment center or logistics environment.
• Certification in coaching or mediation.
