๐ผ About This Role
You'll design and scale partner enablement programs and services offerings for Watershed's enterprise sustainability platform, working with system integrators, technology partners, and cloud providers. You'll drive successful customer outcomes by training partners and internal teams, developing delivery playbooks, and aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. This role shapes the partner ecosystem during a high-growth phase.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and develop partner services menu and delivery playbooks
- Lead partner trainings on positioning, pitching, and delivering services
- Enable internal Watershed teams on partner collaboration and processes
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to incorporate partner needs
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in partner enablement, partner success, customer success, or professional services
- Experience in designing and scaling services offerings, training programs, or certification frameworks
- Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners in a co-delivery model
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly
