💼 About This Role
You'll drive Hiive's growth by cultivating deep relationships with premier global venture capital investors and institutions, directly generating liquidity and trading volume on our platform. This high-impact role combines strategic relationship management with a relentless sales focus, where success is measured by revenue and trust. You'll be part of a well-capitalized, profitable startup backed by leading U.S. investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and grow a portfolio of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships.
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting new clients and executing targeted sales campaigns.
- Act as a trusted relationship manager, positioning Hiive as the preferred venue for secondary transactions.
- Expand market share by opening new channels and identifying fresh pools of capital.
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in investment sales, investment banking, venture capital, or institutional sales/trading.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or able to complete shortly after hiring.
- Relevant education (commerce, economics, or exceptional academic performance in liberal arts/science).
