You'll oversee all aspects of the ServiceNow platform at the NYISO, designing, implementing, and maintaining ITOM and ITSM solutions. You'll ensure CMDB data integrity, system integrations, and platform performance while leading improvements.

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Maintain CMDB data integrity and integrations.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and monitoring.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and custom applications.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• ITOM and ITSM solution design and implementation
• CMDB management and data integrity maintenance

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in relevant field
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CIS)
• Experience with NERC CIP compliance
