💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility in Catlett, VA to repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts for a fast-growing construction tech company. Your work directly supports contractors and communities through real-time diagnostics and innovative technology. You'll also receive year-round OEM training and work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues
• Maintain paperwork and documentation of repairs
• Travel to customer job sites for repair when required

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (must be 21)
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check

• High School diploma or trade school certificate
• Field service experience preferred
• OSHA knowledge preferred
