Description

You will partner with engineering leadership to build a high-performing organization, providing strategic guidance on people-related strategies, employee engagement, and talent development. You'll help design and implement people programs, manage employee relations, and use data to drive decisions around growth and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience across multiple HR channels (compensation, compliance, employee relations, learning & development)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and effective communicator

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to business owners on people strategies
• Advise on best practices, coach managers and employees
• Manage employee relations and conduct investigations
• Lead design and iteration of people programs
• Use people metrics to drive insights on growth and retention
