You'll join Eliot's Adult Community Clinical Services team providing evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct community outreach as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Deliver side-by-side interventions focused on skill training and problem-solving.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
• Support clients in building natural supports and community integration.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
