You'll lead data generation operations for a frontier AI drug discovery lab. You'll scale a lab-in-the-loop data platform and drive external research partners to train advanced AI models and unlock new medicines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute data generation workflows with external vendors
• Translate scientific goals into vendor-friendly assay instructions and SOWs
• Manage sample trackers, timelines, and success criteria across multiple projects
• Define and scale the data generation platform by orders of magnitude

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in data operations or fast-rising generalist background
• Strong project management and multi-party relationship skills
• Ability to translate scientific goals into concrete vendor instructions
• Track record of operating with urgency in intense environments
