💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Risk and Control function within the 1st Line of Defence, helping to shape a strong control environment across Group Operations. You'll ensure operational risks are clearly understood and reported in line with regulatory expectations. This role is central to strengthening controls as the organisation scales globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and embed 1st Line risk and assurance framework
• Lead risk initiatives aligned to regulatory and audit deliverables
• Act as central coordination point for risk and control activity
• Oversee timely closure of management actions across all lines of defence

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Risk and Controls
• Background in control-focused roles with strong risk mindset
• Solid understanding of Banking/Payments risk functions
• Hands-on experience with RCSAs and risk assessments

• Experience with regulatory and audit-driven deliverables
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks
