💼 About This Role

You'll lead operational performance across outbound, returns, new merch, and support in our fulfillment center. You'll drive accountability, enforce standards, and build systems for scaling a fast-growing retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own operational performance across outbound, returns, new merch, and support functions.
• Develop and improve warehouse systems including workflow design and equipment utilization.
• Directly manage Team Leads and Supervisors; develop them into stronger operators.
• Repeatable, documented processes and identify bottlenecks as we scale.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment operations management experience.
• Track record managing teams of 50–150 people including supervisors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite; comfortable with WMS or operations tooling.
• 100% on-site in South San Francisco and eligible to work in the US.
