You'll conduct sensitive workplace investigations across India and APAC for Take-Two Interactive, supporting positive employee engagement. Your work ensures fair resolution of concerns while promoting equity and accountability. This role offers growth in a leading gaming company with exposure to regional labor laws.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with Internal Committee or Grievance Redressal Committee as required.
- Analyze ER trends and conduct root cause analysis.
- Support employees with the Reasonable Adjustments process.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in employee relations or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws (POSH Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Establishments Acts).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with labor regulations across other APAC countries.
- Experience with Workday or Navex.
- Strong advocacy for fairness, diversity, and inclusion.
