You'll conduct sensitive workplace investigations across India and APAC for Take-Two Interactive, supporting positive employee engagement. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with Internal Committee or Grievance Redressal Committee as required.
  • Analyze ER trends and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Support employees with the Reasonable Adjustments process.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in employee relations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws (POSH Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Establishments Acts).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with labor regulations across other APAC countries.
  • Experience with Workday or Navex.
  • Strong advocacy for fairness, diversity, and inclusion.
